Rachael Gavoni Pres. of Scoop It Ice Cream Shops Opens New Location

Miami, FL, April 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The newest location is set to open in Austin,TX. The store is set to open in June of 2010. The personalize your ice cream shop will share space with a tenant in a 1,600-square-foot building. The menu includes 40 flavors along with milkshakes, cones, sundaes, banana splits and more.

"People still want to treat themselves," Rachael Gavoni said. "Maybe they take the kids out to get ice cream instead of going out for a full meal." Gavoni said the new location is a prime spot for introducing their product to new customers while being a bit more convenient for some of their current customers.

In addition to their product and promotions, Gavoni said she believes their work with the community has helped get their name around and build success. She said they have volunteered their time and given away ice cream at numerous school, church and community functions.

"We see it as the right thing to do," Gavoni said. "What you put out there comes back to you."
