Lennar Names Veronica Perez Director of Sales and Marketing for Carolinas Division
Charlotte, NC, April 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is pleased to announce Veronica Perez as the new Director of Sales and Marketing for its Carolinas division.
Perez is an accomplished real estate leader with more than 17 years of proven experience in strategic direction, sales execution, marketing and branding having managed strong teams at several of the top homebuilding companies in the nation.
She comes to Lennar’s Carolinas division from Pulte Homes, Inc., where she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for its Georgia division, the company’s third largest division, for two and a half years and its Raleigh Division for more than four years.
While at Pulte Homes, Inc., Perez managed six of the top 10 selling communities in the Atlanta market. She was also selected directly by the CEO to serve on the corporate Inclusion and Diversity Council and was recognized as a Top Gun Trainer for her superior performance in recruiting and developing new and existing talent.
Prior to Pulte Homes, Inc., Perez was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for K. Hovnanian Homes Raleigh Division. She is no stranger to Lennar, having started her career in the homebuilding industry as Lennar’s Director of Operations and Marketing for the Southeast Florida division.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Advertising from Boston University.
