Fort Myers Attorneys Thomas Gunderson and Russell Schropp Named to Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Magazine

Schropp, have been named by the national Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel magazine as top attorneys in their practice areas of real estate and land use and zoning in the State Florida. Gunderson is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in real estate law and serves as chair of Henderson Franklin’s Real Estate division. His primary practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential real estate development, banking law and property owners’ association law. Gunderson serves on the Harborside Event Center Advisory Board in Fort Myers. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his law degree from the University of Florida.

Schropp is chair of Henderson Franklin’s Land Use, Zoning, and Environmental Law division and primarily represents property owners and others before local, regional, state and federal agencies.
