Lawrence got his start in finance but wanted to do something he was passionate about. In his case it was running a successful business. As a lifetime gamer, he saw that there were many untapped opportunities within the video game industry.

“We always have something going on in our store. One of our more popular events is a retro gaming tournament that takes place the last two weeks of every month,” says Lawrence. “Customers compete in high score and speed run contests on games like ExciteBike, Punch-Out and Galaga and it actually sounds like an arcade in the store.”
