New Website Connects Talent Development Professionals

Canton, MI, April 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- eTalent Review, the web’s first portal to connect the talent development community, “is officially open for business” says owner, Jennifer Ray. Successful coaches, judges and teachers in disciplines such as dance, gymnastics, music, pageants and athletics have become eTalent Review Advisors and are now promoting their expertise online.

“Professional judges and teachers love it because they can earn additional income by providing feedback to colleagues and their students from anywhere” says Ray. “Our Members love it because they can reach outside of their current network to hire an Advisor that best fits their need as they work with their students.”

How does it work? Talent professionals sign up at eTalentReview.com to become Advisors. They provide detailed biographies about their qualifications, experience and detail the fee for their services. When they are hired by eTalent Reviews’ Members (other teachers or coaches) to review a student’s video, they watch it and call the toll-free number to record their review. eTalent Review then forwards the review to the Member Teacher or Coach.

“We’re often asked why we won’t allow parents or minor students to become Members and order their own reviews,” Ray explains. “We would certainly generate more business in the short term, but we want to respect the existing parent/coach relationships. It’s important to us that the request and the review are between the professionals. We want the reviews to be constructive and honest so that the Member teacher can effectively help their student.”
