Washington, DC, April 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Liles Parker PLLC, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, is pleased to announce the addition of Leonard V. Schneider IV, Esq. as a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Schneider is an experienced administrative and municipal law attorney. He is also well-versed in handling litigation matters and cases. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston, Texas, where he tried a multitude of felony criminal cases, gaining valuable real-world trial experience. Mr. Schneider currently serves as City Attorney for a number of Texas towns and cities, providing legal guidance on administrative, legal, contractual and municipal issues. He will primarily represent clients of the Firm throughout Texas and the Southwest.

Mr. Schneider will be managing the Firm's Houston office, providing legal direction in a wide variety of corporate, city, health care and administrative matters and cases. His practice will focus primarily on Municipal Law, Health Law and Business Litigation and Collections. As a City Attorney and Corporate Counsel, Mr. Schneider drafts and reviews contracts, monitors guidance and statements issues by city authorities, evaluates bidding and purchasing processes on construction projects and assists municipalities with the purchase of real estate. He will also provide counsel and representation of clients in general Corporate matters, Real Property transactions and other civil matters.

Mr. Schneider received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Texas State University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. Since 1991 Leonard has been a prosecutor, criminal defense lawyer, insurance defense counsel, corporate attorney, collections and business litigation attorney, and municipal attorney. As City Attorney he also advises on regulatory and administrative matters.
