Scuola Leonardo da Vinci Presents Italian Language Courses for Adults in Siena

Florence, Italy, April 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Italian language School Leonardo da Vinci in Siena presents La Dolce Vita, a week-long course in which students will be able to sip wine, learn history, eat traditional foods and live in a perfectly preserved medieval town - while learning Italian language.

The week is organized to give participants a variety of cultural activities that will enhance and emphasize their language studies. Every morning Monday through Friday the focus will be in the classroom, with Italian spoken from the very first lesson.

Monday afternoon will feature a guided tour of Siena’s beautiful, historic city center. Tuesday students will enjoy a half-day excursion to the Chianti area with its gorgeous landscape, picturesque villages and famous vineyards.

Wednesday will feature a wine tasting and lesson on wine classification by an expert sommelier.

Thursday afternoon’s activity will involve a guided visit to Siena’s majestic Duomo or art-filled 14th century Town Hall and on Friday students will be able to practice their Italian at a traditional Tuscan dinner in one of Siena’s historic, first-class restaurants.
