RJ Baxter First Mortgage Corp Evergreen CO Homeowners Can Now Refinance to 125% of Home Value

Evergreen, CO, April 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Obama's Making Home Affordable Refinance program has been expanded to allow financing up to 125% of your home's value. Homeowners can now take advantage of this program nationwide.

It no longer matters if you owe more on your home than it's worth, you can now lower your rate and payment with this program.

In order to qualify, you must currently have a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac owned mortgage. You must also be on time on your mortgage and be able to qualify under normal underwriting standards.

If you don't currently have mortgage insurance, you won't on your new mortgage either. If you currently carry mortgage insurance, you must go through your current lender for the program.
