By the Beach - Swanlamer 12, the popular holiday apartment from Red Sky Ventures, now has online realtime booking availability. The website www.swakopseafrontapartment.com provides the facilities to check availability and make a booking direct with Red Sky Ventures.

The present system, provided by Nightsbridge, was a perfect match for Red Sky Ventures unique set-up, with operational management in different physical locations to the accommodation, and because accommodation is not their main business activity. The system permits management from remote sites, and is very simple to use, preventing errors.
The online booking system permits an immediate response to an availability and price enquiry. If the client is then satisfied with the rate, they can make a booking by providing credit card details via a secure payment facility. Providing credit card details immediately blocks the apartment on line so no further bookings can be taken for these dates, however no money changes hands before a real person has looked at the details and confirmed all the needs of the client are met. If details are correct, and there is no mistake on the system, or mistaken terms and conditions, the client is emailed a confirmation letter, including all the details of the check-in. On confirmation of receipt of the letter, the client's credit card is billed.
Clients can also email Red Sky Ventures for further payment options. The system works the same way, only there is a small time delay between the request being received and the booking being placed manually online.
