Endeavor Telecom Opens Canadian Subsidiary, Endeavour Canada Ltd.
Opening of Endeavour Canada, Ltd. will afford greater conveniences for those customers who have operations in Canada and provide nexus for Canada-based partners.
Atlanta, GA, May 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, today announced the opening of a subsidiary based out of Canada, Endeavour Canada, Ltd. Justin R. McLain will serve as CEO and President of the Canadian subsidiary in addition to continuing to fulfill the same role with the parent company.
While Endeavour Canada has just been formed, doing extensive rollouts in Canada is nothing new to the Endeavor team. For several years now, Endeavor has completed projects for U.S.-based customers whose locations included Canadian retail stores and quick serve restaurants. Additionally, Endeavor has an extensive established base of English and French speaking Field Engineers throughout Canada.
The opening of Endeavour Canada will provide added conveniences to Endeavor customers who have operations based in Canada. Previously, Endeavor billed Canadian-based customers similarly to how it billed its U.S. customers – in U.S. dollars. Adding on a Canadian subsidiary will now allow Endeavor to provide domestic bills in Canadian dollars to customers: to those headquartered in Canada and to those who have operations centers or subsidiaries based there for Canadian-based projects and deployments.
Additionally, the Canadian subsidiary will serve as a convenient platform for Endeavor to add on acquisitions of Canadian companies. As Endeavor continues to grow and expand its operations, the likelihood of opening up additional remote offices outside the Atlanta-based headquarters will increase, and Endeavour Canada will provide an easier means through which branch offices can be established in Canada in the future. Another benefit of the newly formed subsidiary will be the legal framework it provides in the hiring of new talent including field resources and other Canadian-based staff.
