Frank Gatlin III adds to his impressive development team with his new Senior Vice President of Development, Robert M. Bedard.

For more than twenty years, Bedard has been involved in the real estate business, and has carved out quite an illustrious career. As a graduate from Arizona State University, with a major in Real Estate, he was chosen the "Outstanding Real Estate Graduate" of his class, and then became a real estate representative for Sherwin-Williams and Montgomery Ward. Moving forward, Bedard worked for Vestar Development in the latter part of the 1980's as their Manager of New Markets, where he successfully helped them expand into California from their home base in Phoenix. For eighteen years, he worked for Walmart, developing nearly 850 Walmart projects worth $10 billion.
