Sales of A Golfer's Tail to Support Furkids No-Kill Animal Shelter

Ocelot Atlanta LLC announces that sales of its fun cat golf book, A Golfer's Tail, will benefit Furkids, the largest cage free, no-kill animal shelter in Georgia. Ocelot Atlanta will donate 10 percent of the profits from sales of the book to Furkids.

Ocelot Atlanta had previously announced it would donate 10 percent of profits from the book to no-kill animal shelters, but had not specified an organization to which donations would be made.

Furkids, Inc. is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization. Its goals are to provide a cage-free, no-kill shelter for rescued animals where they can experience the best care in a loving environment until they are adopted; to find permanent, loving, homes for its rescued animals; and to inform the public about pet overpopulation, promote sterilization and provide information for low-cost high-quality spay/neuter organizations. In addition to housing animals in its bright, colorful shelter, Furkids manages the pet adoption programs at two Petco and five metro Atlanta PetSmart locations, making the animals available for adoption. Furkids neuters all of the unaltered animals in its program before placing them in adoptive homes.
