NACCE Journal Included in Educational Resources Recommended to Delegates at Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship
Springfield, MA, May 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship(NACCE) is pleased to announce that its quarterly journal, Community College Entrepreneurship, has been recommended as an educational resource to attendees at the Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship, held last week in Washington, D.C.
Co-hosted by the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State, the Presidential Summit brought together more than 275 participants from over 50 countries around the world. The event was held to highlight the importance of entrepreneurship to fostering economy opportunity and community development and to help build relationships that will lead to greater opportunity at home and abroad.
“We are very excited to have our journal brought to the attention of Summit delegates from around the world,” said NACCE Executive Director Heather Van Sickle. “We already have a number of international members and have seen entrepreneurship education ties develop between countries as a result of people from other countries attending our annual conference. Entrepreneurship truly is a global topic and we’re pleased to be part of the discussion initiated at the Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship.”
