Piano Discoveries Announces Document Customization Feature
Piano Discoveries, which provides ready-made studio documents and piano teaching resources to its members, now allows its documents to be customized on a per-member basis.
Escondido, CA, May 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Escondido, CA based business Piano Discoveries announces the release of additional features to their membership services. Members can now customize documents and save changes online.
There are many aspects involved in running a piano business and in teaching students how to play the piano well. Piano Discoveries has created hundreds of documents including studio policies, visual aids, worksheets, recital materials, and student awards for the benefit of piano teachers. With the addition of the customization feature members will no longer need to fill in the same information each time they access a document for their studio. Instead, customizations, such as studio name, tuition fee, and phone numbers will automatically load when the document is opened.
Cindy Smith, owner of Piano Discoveries, remarked, “This feature came about as a result of a customer request. We’re happy to be able to move rapidly to satisfy demand in the marketplace. To use the customization feature members will first need to log into their account. From there they can open any of the available document templates, fill in the fields with text, and then press the "save customizations"
button (located within each document). That's it. When members open the document their saved customizations will appear in the text fields. Additional changes to the documents can be made at any time.
