KAI Texas Introduces New Construction Chief

Dallas-based design and build firm KAI Texas appoints Jeff Blackwell as new construction manager.

Dallas, TX, May 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Ensuring its strategic vision to become a design and build leader in the state of Texas, the firm of KAI Texas has named Jeff Blackwell as its new Construction Manager.

With 25 years in the industry, Blackwell’s operations and management skills will assist the firm in high-profile public projects including work on the renovation of terminals at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and the expansion of light rail lines for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART).

Prior to coming to KAI Texas, Blackwell worked at Austin Commercial, LP, on projects that produced various North Texas structures including Presbyterian Hospital, Texas Instruments’ Kilby Center, the Bank of America Plaza, Vista Ridge Mall, DFW Airport Terminal D and various key buildings for American Airlines.

Blackwell holds a Construction Management degree from Texas A&M University.
