The systems blend Daimer®'s 1000CV KleenJet® steam cleaner with a chewing gum removal subsystem. The gum system incorporates an extraction squeegee, a durable brush attachment along with two gallons of a biodegradable gum dissolving concentrate that can be diluted to make more than 20 gallons. The subsystem is capable of eliminating 1000s of pieces of chewing gum per day.
For allergen protection in educational, health care, and hospitality environments, this chewing gum removal equipment incorporates an industrial wet/dry vacuum with 2200mm of water column lift, along with a HEPA and a water filtering system.
Each Mega 1000CVG chewing gum removal unit includes a high-capacity steam cleaner offering a water capacity of 7 liters, an extraction chamber of 5 liters, and a detergent tank of 3 liters. The machines have been engineered to operate for long periods between refills or tank emptying. These chewing gum removal and steam cleaning systems can produce pressure levels nearing 89 psi as well as temperatures nearing 320ºF.
The 1000CV gum eliminators are sold with more than thirty accessories for hard flooring and upholstery.
