Visix Opens New Expanded Headquarters
Atlanta, GA, May 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Visix, Inc., a leading digital signage software firm, relocated its Atlanta headquarters to a larger facility on April 30. The new location at 230 Scientific Drive allows the company to add 20 employees locally and expand its service offering while accelerating product development timelines.
The modern 14,000 square foot facility is twice the size of the company’s former headquarters, seats up to 47 employees and supports plans for growth through 2015. Included in the new layout are discreet software isolation and hardware testing labs, a multi-purpose training room, a state-of-the-art network operations center, an employee fitness center and an expansive employee lounge.
Visix is employing a fully-deployed AxisTV Enterprise visual communications suite utilizing 27 digital signage displays, desktop messaging, screensaver publisher, Extron display device control and a Hall Research video over CAT-5 routing and distribution system. The building also boasts an array of Visix’s recessed and surface-mounted interactive MeetingMinder™ room signs.
