Richmond Chapter of AMA to Feature Overstock.com SVP for Their May Luncheon

Richmond, VA, May 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Richmond Chapter of the American Marketing Association will feature Stormy D. Simon, SVP of Marketing and Customer Care at Overstock.com, as their May 20th Luncheon speaker.

Stormy will share her passion for customer care and reveal why The National Retail Federation has announced that Overstock.com is #2 in customer service nationwide. She will also give insight about why customer service is so important to your organization, how to manage your online brand, and the difference between bricks and mortar retail branding vs. online branding.

Early Bird Registration till 5/13: $25 for members; $40 for non-members; $20 for students. Late Registration 5/14 - 3/19: $30 for members; $45 for non-members; $25 for students.

Luncheon cost is $30 for AMA- members, $45 for non-members and $25 for students and will be held at the University of Richmond’s Jepson Center. The Luncheon will be held from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.
