A multi-sector communications specialist, Wright teaches adult education for the VA Community College communications department and Henrico County Adult Education Program. She provided speeches/workshops for VA Commonwealth University Career Conversations, Bliley’s Women’s Forum, Richmond Assoc. Information Technology Professionals, International Assoc. Business Communicators, and Richmond Society of Public Relations Professionals. The VA Housing Development Authority describes Wright’s topic, Creating a Brand Name You, as “right on target with our objective of improving communication within our department.”
Presently, Wright serves as volunteer PR for the Virginia Green Industry Council’s Go Green projects, www.virginiagreen.org and National League of American Pen Women, www.nlapw.org cultural arts activities. Her participation in District of Columbia is highlighted by the Washington Post newspaper.
