Titanic Growth for Titan Properties
Cadiz, Spain, November 23, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Costa de la Luz real estate agent, Titan Properties, has recently expanded its operation in preparation for yet another prosperous year in residential property. After just three years of trading, Titan Properties is putting the finishing touches to a second prime location office facility and has inspired the General Manager of the Spanish and Portuguese operation of a competing real estate agency, Miles Beacroft, to join the Titan team.
Andrew Benitz, Director of Titan Properties comments, “When we set up the western Huelva province of the Costa de la Luz was relatively unheard of, but after extensive research we had a firm belief that it would be a success story of the future, and thankfully we were right. We have now established ourselves as a credible, dynamic real estate agency, opening our first office in the coastal town of El Rompido in March 2006. We purchased the premises for investment as well as commercial purposes, and a recent revaluation shows that our asset has already more than doubled in value. The second Titan Properties office is about to open its doors, also in El Rompido but on the main road and visible to a significant amount of passing traffic. We will dedicate the new office to resales, in anticipation of walk-in trade, and retain our existing premises for off-plan and large development promotion to an international audience.”
Miles Beacroft, age 39, not only brings his years of Spanish property experience, but also has a blue chip grounding in a European senior management role for Dell Computer Corporation. In his previous role, Miles was responsible for doubling sales conversion rates by improving customer service and raising awareness through targeted marketing. Coupling his proven skills with Andrew Benitz and Gustav Rehnqvist’s backgrounds in investment banking, Titan Properties is now in perfect shape to play an even greater role in the future of the Costa de la Luz.
Andrew explains, “Building Titan Properties into what it is today has been immensely rewarding, but as a young team we’re always hungry for the next challenge. We hope to build the retail arm of the business over the next 12 months and drawing on our skills and high profile network of local contacts, reach into larger scale land development projects. Huelva is an exciting place to be, in the last two years a quartet of four and five star hotels have opened plus two 18-hole golf courses and a marina, and that’s just in our immediate local vicinity. We now have the tools and the knowledge to play an active role in the sympathetic development of this beautiful coastline over the coming years. Watch this space for the first Titan Properties development.”
