Preakness InfieldFEST 2010 offers patrons a high-tech interactive mobile phone scavenger hunt
Laurel, MD, May 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Casey's Crab Company will participate as a sponsor in the 2010 Preakness InfieldFEST Scavenger Hunt, powered by SCVNGR, on May 15th at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore. The promotion will be held as part of the Preakness InfieldFEST activity lineup, gates open at 8am.
The Preakness InfieldFEST Scavenger Hunt, powered by SCVNGR, is a high-tech interactive mobile phone scavenger hunt that is part mobile adventure, part tour and part scavenger hunt. Participants gain entries into the SCVNGR contest by answering clues and location-based riddles.

Top scorers throughout the day can win Scavenger Hunt Prizes including a "Meet & Greet" with Preakness InfieldFEST performers Zac Brown Band, O.A.R., and Collective Soul and tickets to the Turfside Terrace, a vineyard themed party next to the Infield with great views of the racing action.
As part of Preakness InfieldFEST 2010, Casey’s Crab Company of Laurel, MD will be offering Maryland’s state crustacean in many forms. Casey’s was selected to be located in the new Jagermeister Beer Garden of the Preakness Infield, where several national and local bands will be performing throughout the day. A few items on the menu include: Steamed Blue Crabs, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Soft Shell Crabs, Maryland Crab Soup and a Raw Bar featuring Oysters, Clams and Crab Claws.
