Ms. Perez's career spans 20 years of diverse, progressive responsibilities in the jewelry industry. Melanie Perez was with a privately held retail specialty jewelry store chain with 175 stores located primarily in regional shopping malls, where she started in as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing, became President and Chief Executive Officer. Melanie Perez began her career with a privately held retail jewelry store chain that grew from 10 stores to over 105 stores during her tenure.
