Robert Blitz Consulting (RBC) announced that a substantial, first consulting contract is imminent. RBC also stated that it has filed to form an LLC with the State of California. Robert Blitz is a veteran of the AE&C industry having worked with major firms such as Ebasco Services, Inc, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, Fluor and Earth Tech (now part of AECOM). Most recently, Blitz led a turnaround of the operations and maintenance segment of Southwest Water Company.
