Local Childcare Coordinator, Michelle Carbeck, Attends Cultural Care Au Pair National Conference in Walt Disney World, Florida

Carbeck is a Cultural Care Au Pair local childcare coordinator (LCC) for Scottsdale and Cave Creek. At the conference, Carbeck represented Scottsdale, networked with other coordinators from across the country and participated in professional development seminars and social media presentations.

As a local childcare coordinator, Michelle Carbeck supports area families who are currently hosting an au pair in their home, as well as the au pairs themselves. Michelle Carbeck earned her invitation to the conference by way of program growth in the previous year for her role as a local community resource for parents interested in intercultural childcare.
