The Lash Lounge™, Inc. Announces That It is Now Franchising It’s Unique Eyelash Salons
Colleyville, TX, May 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Much like the evolution of Nail Salons, The Lash Lounge™ envisions eyelash salons being equally as popular and they are determined to “pioneer” the way.
The journey to open the first eyelash salon in the U.S.A:
The owner, Anna Phillips is a licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist and Permanent Make-Up Artist and has worked in a variety of Day Spas, Salons, & Med-Spas for nearly 10 years. She came across the new service of semi-permanent eyelash extensions when it first hit the United States. Anna quickly became one of the first Certified Eyelash Extension Trainers for the #1 eyelash extension company.
Anna has traveled all over the US training other technicians in the artistry of eyelash application and is also one of the few Advanced Certified Trainers in the world. In the process of perfecting her skill and training others - her clientele grew until she could no longer handle the demand herself.
Anna believed it was time to expand and create a totally new salon concept that specialized in mainly Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions; so The Lash Lounge™ was born.
What are eyelash extensions?
They are synthetic individual eyelashes and come in different lengths, thickness, and degrees of curl. They will give the wearer a fuller, darker lash line without the need of mascara. Most customers will not even feel they are wearing them, and no one will be able to tell that they are not completely natural.
What is the process of getting eyelash extensions?
The application process is very relaxing - like receiving a spa service. The customer lies down on a plush table and has their eyes closed the entire time. The technician will glue one synthetic lash extension to one of your natural lashes with medical grade glue. When the natural lash sheds, the extension will fall out with that lash. To maintain a full appearance, it is recommended to get a refill every 2-3 weeks. The initial full set takes around 90 minutes, and refills can be done in as little as 30 minutes.
With The Lash Lounge™ Franchise, no experience in the beauty industry is necessary. If you buy a franchise, the company owner is committed to be there every step of the way and providing all the tools needed for success. Services include site selection, store design and marketing, as well as a comprehensive training program focusing on customer service.
