Henderson Franklin Welcomes Attorney Kevin Noell to Litigation Team

Fort Myers, FL, May 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson Franklin is pleased to announce that Attorney Kevin Noell has joined the firm as an associate in the Tort and Insurance Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Kevin worked for a statewide insurance defense firm representing clients in cases involving premise liability, automobile negligence, product liability, and negligent security.

Upon completion of law school, Noell served as an Assistant State Attorney in Lee County, Florida, and also represented the State Attorney’s Office in the county’s Anti-Gang Task Force. Before entering the practice of law, he served in the United States Army and was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Noell is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his law degree from Regent Law School.
