PhaseWare Hosts User’s Summit 2010
PhaseWare's Users Summit was a great success featuring Kristin Robertson and Shama Kabani.
McKinney, TX, May 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- PhaseWare, Inc. hosted their annual User’s Summit last week in Dallas.
The summit included speakers Kristin Robertson, Customer Service Expert and president of KR Consulting, and Shama Kabani, Social Media expert from the Marketing Zen Group. Also included were presentations from Team PhaseWare.
Kristin Robertson is the author of Spectacular Support Centers: Best Practices for Small to Mid-Sizes Help Desks and Technical Support Centers. She is also a certified trainer for Knowledge Centered Support. Her presentation highlighted current best practices in customer support center management.
Shama Kabani is author of The Zen of Social Marketing. In addition, she hosts an internet TV spot and has been dubbed the “online marketing shaman.” Ms. Kabani spoke about the increasing need for businesses to embrace social media and gave an overview of several current social media services. She also stressed that video is becoming one of the most needed and, as yet, underutilized tools for marketing.
The summit provided PhaseWare Users an opportunity to network with other PhaseWare customers, discuss customer service and support practices, and learn how others are making the most of their PhaseWare investment. With the presentations from Kristin Robertson and Shama Kabani, they came away with a wealth of information for improving their customer service and support operations.
