Xclaimed Ministries Gives Away Bicycles and Toys
Xclaimed Ministries provides another community concert giving away free bicycles, free toys, free BBQ lunch, free groceries and a message of hope (also free).
Stanton, CA, May 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Saturday May 15, 2010, Xclaimed Ministries provided another concert in the park in the City of Stanton. It was a day of music provided by the worship team from Iglesia Ministerio Manantial de Vida, The Lighthouse Samoan Band and the Xclaimed Ministries Band. There was also a special dramatic presentation in sign language.
By the end of the day, Xclaimed Ministries had given away six new bicycles, Original Tommy’s Hamburgers certificates, Adventure City tickets, hundreds of new toys to the children, two free meals and free bags of groceries for everyone.
Pastor Paul Karanick of Xclaimed Ministries said, “This is the first concert that we have done in our own park behind our church. We are extremely thankful to the City of Stanton and our local neighbors that allow us to work within the community. We see these concerts as family events that provide entertainment, hope and community outreach. A couple of the children that won bicycles live in the local motels. We are excited to show the families in all situations that we care. This weekend we gave away six bicycles and every child received a toy; we pray that, eventually, we can give every child a bicycle and even better toys.”
Over 275 people attended the event on Saturday. The next Xclaimed Concert is at Stanton Park on Saturday, June 12 at 2:30.
Karanick says that he would like to find an auditorium-style building so that Xclaimed can provide larger size events like their concert at the Rose Bowl Stadium in 2007. That concert had over 9,000 people in attendance, seven professional bands and the admission was free. Karanick says that the vision is to have events that can both entertain and provide support to the community.
