Daimer® Ships Advanced Gum Removal Systems for Cleaning Contractors
New line of KleenJet® Mega 3000CVG machines employs high-end steam technology, an advanced cleaning solution, and high pressure levels for large gum removal applications.
Woburn, MA, May 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a comprehensive supplier of equipment for chewing gum removal business pros, announced shipment of its high-end KleenJet® Mega 3000CVG, which generates higher power and provides more capacity than less-equipped units. The systems include a biodegradable gum dissolving formula that makes up to 22 gallons of finished solution.

Advanced Gum Removal Machine
At the core of these KleenJet® systems resides an industrial steam cleaner, the Daimer® KleenJet 3000CV. Integrated into that unit, Daimer® added a gum removal peripheral unit composed of a floor steaming squeegee, a no rust steel bristle unit, and a super concentrated gum solvent formula.
Each 3000CVG gum eliminator system includes 9 liters of water capacity, 2 liters of detergent availability, and 14 liters for extracted waste. These systems produce pressure levels peaking at 96 psi and temperature levels reaching 329ºF. The 3000 watt systems offer the thickest steam of Daimer®'s cleaning contractor gum removal product line.
The units convert steam from cold water in about 15 minutes. The new gum removers include an advanced vacuum system, a 10-foot steam hose, and a 10-foot vacuum hose. Larger hoses are available.
