Discovery at Shadow Creek Ranch, a development of McCann Realty Partners, is a brand new luxury apartment community located minutes from downtown Houston in Pearland, TX. This is the fourth such partnership in Texas between Pegasus Residential and McCann Realty Partners. Both companies have successfully worked together on projects in other states.

Discovery at Shadow Creek Ranch is already ahead of schedule and the onsite sales and leasing office should open in the middle of June 2010. The first residents will be taking occupancy on or before July 5, 2010.
