KWCUSA Signs with ABC

Mason, OH, May 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Karaoke World Championships USA announced today they have signed agreement with ABC to develop show based on their regional and national competitions for release next year. The agreement provides Wendell Payne and KWCUSA will work exclusively with ABC to develop the show.

Wendell says, “We are excited and humbled by this announcement. We have worked so very hard to provide this opportunity and now we are able to raise the bar for karaoke everywhere.”

KWCUSA will work closely with ABC as they bring cameras, crews, and producers to this years 3 regional competitions and national competitions. Schedules for regional and national competitions are being finalized for this year with plans to hold the national competition in Las Vegas. KWCUSA is talking to several venues in Las Vegas planning the event for the last weekend in August or first weekend in September. 2010 Karaoke World Championships will be held in Moscow, Russia September 22-25.
