Marybeth Winstead Chairs Speaking of Women’s Health Committee
Healthy Moms NC Licensee and Partner Joins Promotion and Publicity Committee
Raleigh, NC, November 27, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Marybeth Winstead, partner of Healthy Moms® fitness, a growing national perinatal exercise/fitness certification and licensing company expanding fitness classes for new moms and babies, as well as “moms-to-be” across the country, will chair the promotion and publicity committee for the Dec. 9 Speaking of Women’s Health conference at the North Raleigh Hilton. Winstead is responsible for coordinating an execution plan for the promotion of ticket sales and sponsor acknowledgements. Promotions include on-air spots, printed invitations, press releases, newsletters and public service announcements. The event will award Interact and Triangle Family Services with community investment grants and acknowledge Dr. Annie Louise Wilkerson and Dr. Etta Pisano as honorees.

Marybeth Winstead is licensee and partner of Healthy Moms NC, and holds both ACE and AFAA group fitness and personal training certifications. She also is a certified Perinatal Exercise Instructor and has received Aquatic Exercise Association certification. Prior to working with Healthy Moms NC, Winstead worked for ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions in Research Triangle Park. A member of International Childbirth Educators and Lamaze, Winstead primarily focuses on safe and effective pre and postnatal exercise and is also president of licensing and business opportunities for Corporate Healthy Moms, LLC.
