Pamiris, Inc. Names Alyssa Agee as New CEO

Portland, OR, May 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Pamiris, Inc. announced that its board of directors named Alyssa Agee to serve as the company's chief executive officer as of late April 2010.

Agee has served the company since it's inception in 2006 as the chief marketing officer (CMO) as well as handling HR and sales support. As one of the four co-founders of the information technology and management firm, Agee has been instrumental in brand development and awareness. In 2008, Pamiris transitioned from it's former company name, Vantage Payroll Services under the direction of Agee.

Former CEO, Bryan Agee resigned on April 26, 2010 and accepted the role of chief technology officer for Pamiris later that week. The board of directors unanimously selected Alyssa Agee based on her administrative capabilities and her strong leadership skills. This heralds a new era for Pamiris, as the organization branches out into the Portland, OR market and expects to double in size over the next twelve months.
