Starbeats, Inc.: Future Youth Entrepreneurs
In the Birmingham community, a group of teenagers are creating a summer fundraiser to assist Montage Music Groups, a group that promotes music for youth. StarBeats, Inc. offers to create custom music for a good cause.
Birmingham, AL, May 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Local Youth Launch Social Venture to raise money for Montage Music Groups, a local music group that participates at events in the Birmingham area.
StarBeats, Inc was launched by Bruce Williams, Aysia Layton, and Spencer Portis who are students from Shades Valley High School. With the support of their Allies, Montage Music Groups. The team developed an Action Plan for a sustainable Venture to begin a fundraiser for Montage Music Groups by creating custom music and joined the Youth Venture®, which inspires and invests in a global community of young changemakers (ages 12-20).
StarBeats, Inc. is holding its first event, a music production fundraiser, from June 3 to August 5; in which the community may participate.
The goals of the organization are to reach a benchmark of $6,000 for the group. If the mark is met, a collection of the proceeds will go to Montage Music Groups.
“I was inspired to create StarBeats, Inc. because I wanted to help Montage Music Groups and I love creating music.” said Bruce Williams.

About Montage Music Groups
Montage Music Groups was started 3 years ago under the basis of finding a common ground. The founder, Nicole Jones, began to find a spot musically after being involved in the choir at her church. Nicole had recently joined the band at her middle school, and discovered this love of music. Nicole quickly thought, "What is it I can do to get more of this?" She had been struck with the idea to start an orchestra and choir, (Hints the Birth of the Montage Orchestra and Choral Ensemble). This serves the Greater Birmingham Area at all types of events. This also explains the name ‘montage’; the definition means collaboration. Nicole loved the idea of not limiting her group to one genre so she named it ‘montage’.
