This version allows users to setup their own data workflows to manage progression along a data lifecycle. For additional privacy, data can now be stored encrypted as well as the software can be password protected. Express Edition is free to download from http://www.IdeaTalent.com and is limited to any one App and storage of 10 data records. Full access to each App can be purchased for a few dollars per App. All of the data is stored on the PC. Files (bills, x-rays, photos etc.) can be attached to data records and the software provides many other tools for management of data including a to-do task list creator and reminder. There is also a special App for Journalists to manage the lifecycle of an article or story.
