Martinez Collazo, M.D., to its Saginaw office located at 1484 Straits Dr. (Suite 5) in Bay City, Mich. Collazo earned his medical doctorate from Guadalajara Medical School in Guadalajara, Mexico. He holds licenses to practice in both Michigan and Puerto Rico and is a member of the American Medical Association and Colegio de Medicos Sirujanos de Puerto Rico. He also has Occupational Hearing Conversation Program (HCP), Emergency Room General Physician (ERGP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
