A Big Frog is Working for the Troops
Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More is hosting its first charity t-shirt design contest entitled "Tees for the Troops." Winner will receive $1000 and 100% of the revenue generated from the sale of these patriotic themed t-shirts will benefit VET Foundation. The shirts will be sold at all 10 Big Frog locations in Florida and Georgia.

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More is proud to introduce its first charity t-shirt design contest, “Tees for the Troops” with a goal of raising money for United States Military Veterans. “Tees for the Troops” is a contest to inspire artists to submit their very best patriotic themed t-shirt designs to Big Frog. The best designs will be judged by a celebrity panel and the very best will be available at Big Frog Stores everywhere for sale to the general public with 100% of the proceeds going to the VET Foundation. The contest began on May 19th, 2010 with design submissions being accepted until June 14th, 2010. Winners will be announced on June 18th, 2010. Details can be found at www.bigfrog.com
“In each of the markets represented by Big Frog stores we are integral members of the community and we intend to give back to worthy charities on a regular basis,” said Leeward Bean, CEO of Big Frog Franchise Group. The contest is organized in order to help raise funds for the VET Foundation. The Veterans Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to teaching service-disabled veterans a methodology for maintaining a well-balanced-life, while simultaneously providing comprehensive transition support for securing new employment. “We feel strongly that our military veterans and their families deserve the support of every US citizen and we hope to raise between $10,000 and $20,000 to benefit those courageous men and women and their families,” said Leeward.
The contest is expected to draw hundreds of patriotic t-shirt designs which will be cataloged and made available to the public. Between June 22nd and July 9th, 100% of the revenue generated from the sale of these patriotic themed t-shirts at Big Frog stores will go to the VET Foundation. Essentially, for a donation of $10 (sale price of the tees) to the VET Foundation consumers will receive a free patriotic t-shirt.
