Todd has been with SEPI for more than five years, and brings valuable experience to the position. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as the supervisor of Natural Environment Project Management Group, where he was responsible for managing natural resources and protected species surveys on transportation projects for the National Environmental Policy Act, and for preparing regulatory permit applications for Section 404/401 Clean Water Act and Riparian Buffer permitting work for the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
