Transportation Engineering Firm Moves Office to New Wade Avenue Location
Raleigh, NC, November 29, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Sepi Asefnia, president of SEPI Engineering Group, has announced that her firm has moved to its new corporate headquarters located at 1025 Wade Avenue in Raleigh. The new location is an 11,500-square-feet, three-story building with an elevator. The building is located near Cameron Village and downtown Raleigh. It has available room for expansion and will include a locker room and exercise facility that is scheduled to be completed within the next six months.
Ray Saei, owner of PC Custom Builders, was the general contractor for the remodel and up fit of the new space. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has been selected to provide facilities management services. Michelle Rich, president of Rich Commercial Realty Brokered the sale of the building.
“This new facility allows us the space and resources that we need to continue to develop our business,” said Asefnia. “I wanted to create an office environment that gives our staff the space and amenities they need to provide our clients with the highest level of service.”
