Moye White Executive Director Honored by Association of Legal Administrators

Denver, CO, May 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lorri Salyards, CLM, Executive Director of Denver law firm, Moye White LLP, was honored by the Association of Legal Administrators with their coveted “Association Outstanding Volunteer Award” at the association’s annual meeting in Boston. This award is the highest honor bestowed on its members for volunteer service. Only three were awarded in 2010.

Ms. Salyards joined ALA in 1986, became active in the Mile High Chapter, and was its President from 2001 to 2002. She also served three years as a Regional Officer, and very recently chaired ALA's Financial Management Conference Planning Committee. Perhaps the most notable of Ms. Salyards contributions has been teaching and writing on law firm management. She is a faculty member for ALA's Essential Competencies for Legal Administrators program and last spring Lorri was instrumental in developing and delivering a law firm management program for the Lagos School of Business in Nigeria.
