Fast Dial is the new feature that helps customers connect faster to their destination number by skipping the balance and minutes prompts. If the customers activate the Fast Dial feature, they will just have to dial the access number, enter the Pin and then they will be asked for the destination number. Plus if the Pinless feature is activated in their account, after entering the access number they will be asked immediately to dial the destination number.
KeepCalling has is also launching Star Rating. Now customers can influence their connection quality by rating their calls. Star Rating gives customers the opportunity to rate each call they make. Their rating will influence strategic changes in KeepCalling routing system in order to improve connection quality.
Additionally, KeepCalling's new Virtual Number Verification System allows customers to test if they can forward or not the VN to a desired number when buying the service. Clients just have to enter the number where they want to forward the calls and verify if it matches the allowed destinations.
