E. Landon Bridgers Named New Vice President of Finance for Pegasus Residential

Alpharetta, GA, June 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- As part of its ongoing company growth, Pegasus Residential is proud to announce the addition of E. Landon Bridgers to its executive team.

In his role as Vice President of Finance, Mr. Bridgers will be working closely with Kurt Blanton, Controller, as well as their existing accounting team members. Additionally, he will oversee all corporate finance and accounting as well as owner reporting activities.

Mr. Bridgers has more than 20 years of experience in real estate accounting working for both residential and commercial development and management companies. He also has operational experience in both apartment and hotel management and is a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to joining the company, Landon was the Chief Financial Officer for Atlantic Marina Holdings/Miller Development in Charleston, SC and the Corporate Controller for Brand Properties in Atlanta.
