San Francisco, CA, June 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Virtosoftware has released a new Microsoft SharePoint web part for aggregating posts from RSS feeds, blogs and Twitter and social networks and displaying them on SharePoint sites - Virto RSS & Twitter Aggregator, compatible with both SP 2007 and SP 2010.
Virtosoftware expands its SharePoint product line presenting Virto RSS&Twitter Aggregator - a new Virtosoftware web part ( http://www.virtosoftware.com/virto-rss-twitter-facebook-aggregator-web-part-for-sharepoint.aspx ) for aggregating and effective displaying posts from various RSS feeds, combine blogs, news as well Twitter and popular social networks. A simple component allows users to conveniently view feeds from the variety of sources. The web part is fully compatible with both SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010.
Virto Social Aggregator Web Part aggregates feeds from various sources and display them on your SharePoint site in a single view, which is subject to flexible customization using XSL and CSS. Users can easily customize overall layout and stylesheet as well as define their individual datasources for the feeds.
For Twitter users Virtosoftware offers additional features that allow for not only reading twits but also posting right from SharePoint interface.
