According to Rich Parillo, a former BSC, long-time veteran of the professional cleaning industry, and Pro-Link’s BSC specialist, the new Cleaning Specifications sheet is user-friendly – grouping cleaning tasks by service area such as common areas, offices or restrooms. It helps BSCs identify all of the cleaning needs, requirements, and frequencies for current customers and prospects.
The specifications program lists scores of cleaning duties—from mopping floors and vacuuming to dusting—and allows users to determine task frequencies, such as quarterly, annually, daily, weekly, and monthly, based on the needs of the client or facility.
