Henderson Franklin Welcomes New Stockholder and Board Certified Attorney Beth Vogelsang

Vogelsang recently relocated to Southwest Florida from Miami, where she practiced law for 25 years. She has been Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar since 1992.

Vogelsang represents clients at the trial and appellate level throughout the State of Florida in complex divorces cases, international and interstate child custody disputes, intricate business valuations, and identification and tracing of marital assets and income. She also drafts and defends prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Vogelsang will focus her practice in South Lee County and Collier County, including Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples.

Vogelsang received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, cum laude, in 1982 and her law degree from the University of Miami, magna cum laude, in 1985.
