Reality Series "Hip Hop Sensation" Searches for New Hip Hop Talent
“Hip Hop Sensation,” a new web based talent series showcasing new hip hop talent, will hold an “open talent call” for the program Saturday June 19, 2010 @ 9 a.m. at the Los Angeles Airport Marriot located at 5855 West Century Boulevard Los Angeles, California 90045.
Los Angeles, CA, June 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Tite-Belt Productions, LLC. announces the launch of Hip Hop Sensation, a new web based talent series showcasing up and coming hip hop artists at the URL: “www.hiphopsensation.com.” The show’s innovative format will intertwine interviews, music videos, concert and taped performances, tracing the music’s background from the performer’s perspective.
On Saturday June 19, Hip Hop Sensation will provide an “open call” to all Hip Hop artists at the Los Angeles Airport Marriot, (5855 West Century Boulevard Los Angeles, California 90045). The tapings will begin at 9 am and end at 6 pm with fifty “spots” allotted for the artists to perform their songs for the cameras. There is no cost to attend the event.
Artists will have the opportunity to sing, dance, and show off their talent, and will be interviewed about their life experiences and inspiration for their music.
The series will be hosted by Erica Green, previously an on-air personality for 97.9 “the beat” KBFB – Radio One Dallas, and was Southern Entertainment Award’s 2010 nominee for ‘Impact Radio Personality.’
The show’s producer Oliver Robins says, “We hope to find new talent the world has yet to see. With all of the new outlets for music distribution, Hip Hop Sensation would provide another venue for hip hop artists to release their work.”
Robins who starred in “Poltergeist” and other films and television, graduated USC School of Cinematic Arts and was writer of Hallmark Channel’s “You’ve Got A Friend,” which premiered the highest June ratings in the history of the network.
