Its that of Sandra Singh, the owner of the luxury yarn and designer knit and crochet pattern website, Sandrasingh.com.

Singh has released over 40 unique colorways of Sandrasingh.com Yarn in the United States and says this about the new venture... "The website's 5th Anniversary brings the introduction of the yarn collection, Sandrasingh.com Yarn. From Uruguay the softest, most supple 100% merino wool yarn available is hand painted by artisans to create stunning, brilliantly saturated colors. The yarn is offered in Lace, Superwash Fingering, 1 Ply Merino Worsted and 3 Ply Merino Worsted weights all put up in very generous skeins."

Singh is working closely with two of the knitting industry's top knitwear designers on several new patterns for her new yarn line. Renee Leverington of "Goddess Knits" is writing a sock pattern for the Superwash Fingering and a shawl pattern for the Lace.

And Michelle Miller of "The Fickleknitter," is writing Cowl, Hat and Fingerless Mittens patterns for the 1 Ply Merino Worsted. All these new patterns will be available on Singh's website, Ravelry and the designer's websites only.
