The Casey Cares Foundation is pleased to announce a partnership between itself and the Something mAAgic Foundation, employees from American Airlines who help create magical memories for children with life threatening medical conditions. Something mAAgic has invited two Casey Cares families on WishFlight, a flight and vacation experience in Orlando, FL at Give Kids the World Resort. The Casey Cares Foundation provides uplifting programs with a special touch to critically ill children.

The Casey Cares Foundation is pleased to announce a partnership with the Something mAAgic Foundation, employees from American Airlines who help create magical memories for children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions. Something mAAgic Foundation has invited two Casey Cares families to participate in the Foundation’s annual marquee event, WishFlight, which offers children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions an unforgettable vacation experience in Orlando, FL. The Casey Cares Foundation provides uplifting programs with a special touch to critically ill children and their families. The trips are part of the Celebration Vacation program, one of six programs of Casey Cares.
The two families, one leaving from BWI airport and one from Washington/Reagan – National (DCA), will leave on Oct. 1st and fly to Orlando, FL., where they will stay at Give Kids The World Village, a 70 acre resort that provides memorable, cost-free experiences to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. They will stay five nights and be treated to all that DisneyWorld has to offer.
“We are so excited that the Something mAAgic Foundation has selected Casey Cares as one of four of their beneficiary organizations this year,” stated Casey Baynes, Casey Cares Executive Director. “We hope that this is the first of many years of a partnership that creates these wonderful memories for such deserving families.”
The Something mAAgic Foundation® is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers who are current and former employees of American Airlines, American Eagle, & American Airlines Federal Credit Union. We support the missions of Give Kids the World Village® and other children’s organizations to create magical memories for children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions.
The Casey Cares Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides personalized, uplifting programs with a special touch to critically ill children and family members throughout six states. Programs include: Family Festivities, Celebration Vacations, Birthday Blasts, Kami’s Jammies, Caring Connection group parties and Better Together.
