Jim Chapman Communities (JCC) announced today that it will begin construction in three of its active adult communities this month. The Atlanta-based builder will add six homes in its Johns Creek community in North Fulton County, four at its Sugarloaf community in Duluth and two at its Concord Mill community in Austell.
