HPG CPA Completes Leadership Raleigh Training

Broadway is senior manager of the HPG tax team and a leader on the firm’s construction and real estate team.
Leadership Raleigh is a nine-month program that emphasizes teamwork, community involvement and enhancing leadership skills. Broadway is one of 51 graduates to complete the 2009/2010 Leadership Raleigh program. Graduation was held on June 3, 2010.
“I enjoyed working alongside such a talented and diverse group of Triangle professionals,” says Broadway. “My experience with Leadership Raleigh has not only provided valuable skills to better serve my clients, but has also helped prepare me to continue making a positive difference in the community.”
Broadway and four team members were able to help build a sensory riding trail for Horse and Buddy (www.horseandbuddy.org), a nonprofit organization that offers therapeutic riding programs that help people with special needs.
HPG has a long history of active involvement in the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Broadway joins fellow HPG associates Brooks Malone, Larry Hamilton, Heather Dean, and Tim Naylor as graduates of the program.
